TODO:

1. just simply run this command below to find applications running by pid

  gcloud app versions list

2. then you cnan delete one or many by the id as following shows below

  gcloud app versions delete <pid> <pid>

(second pid is optional)

3. deploy away

  gcloud app deploy --stop-previous-version
