Write the following in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt-default/qtchooser/default.conf
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/bin
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
Create uic.py file.

$ chmod +x uic.py
Create a symlink:
$ sudo ln uic.py "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/bin/uic"
