# Shakshuka by Gilboa: | |
- Chopped onion | |
- Chopped red capcisum | |
- Chopped tomatoes | |
Fry for a few minutes till soft. Then add: | |
- Tomato paste in garlic or chilli flavour | |
- Crushed garlic | |
- a bit of salt, pepper and sweet paprika | |
Then add the eggs, with either chopped parsley or chopped coriander. | |
Lastly, add some goat cheese and let it melt. | |
# Shakshuka by Lily: | |
- Chopped onions, garlic and red chillies | |
- Chooped red capcicum | |
- Chopped tomatoes | |
- Salt & white pepper | |
- Sweet paprika | |
- Chilli flakes | |
- Eggs | |
Other things that can be added for variety: | |
- Red kidney beans | |
- Sprinkle any type of cheese on top (or bocconcini or garlic soft cheese or...) | |
- Chorizo (slices or mince) -- or other meats if you are inclined | |
