This small snippet wraps the boilerplate Google Analytics snippet with a function that makes use of
window.requestIdleCallbackto defer its execution until your page has loaded and is idle. This is progressive enhancement, so browsers that don't supportrequestIdleCallbackwill just execute it immediately.
