I wrote up some notes on unlocking the BIOS and installing Linux on an AMD Personal Internet Communicator, a low-spec computer from 2004 aimed at the developing countries.
It featured an AMD Geode GX @366MHz (a slower cousin of the Geode LX used in the OLPC XO-1), 128MB of laptop RAM, and a 10GB hard drive.
