Constantly disconnects specially on high CPU/Memory load
- Motherboard: GIGABYTE B365 M AORUS ELITE-CF
- CPU: Intel Core i5-9400F
- Memory: Team Group UD4-3200
- GPU: Gigabyte RX 5600 XT --
- Emulate High CPU and memory load using benchmarking tools (Cinebench R15), loads Chrome, OBS, Discord and shifts mic input through different apps.
Software/driver related steps
- Installs HyperX Ingenuity App from Windows App Store
- Updated the firmware
- Updated the BIOS firmware
- Updated all PC drivers
- Removed Fantech Headset (Suspected to be causing conflicts)
- Updated necessary drivers to pass Windows Defender Core Isolation
Hardware related Steps
- Enabled 4G Decoding on BIOS
- Enabled Platform Power Management
- Isolated USB devices and plugs it on Powered USB Hub (TP Link UH720) https://www.tp-link.com/ph/home-networking/usb-hub/uh720/
Other Steps
- Reinstalled HyperX Ingenuity App
- Restore to factory default
Methods that is still under observation
- Disabled CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E)
- Disabled C3 State Support
- Disabled C6/C7 State Support
- Disabled C8 State Support
- Disabled C10 State Support
Notes:
So far, after disabling CPU Enhanced Halt and all the C State Support Test Scenario passed and Mic stills works and haven't exhibits any problem. For Ryzen CPU please refer on this link:
