Added built-in add/remove by simply executing the batch script again
Added auto-downloading of handle.exe from sysinternals (microsoft) if it does not already exists
More verbose output

I do use it often to quickly unlock folders as I usually have dozens of virtual desktops and cmd scripts run as users/sys/ti open at the same time

SCRIPT UPDATED:
-- fixed potentially blocking issue with handle tool asking for eula confirmation on new environment
-- fixed issue with admin rights detection
-- added a 3rd fallback method to download the handle tool
-- mitigate some file name issues
